November Thankfulness Horse Challenge

How It Works:

• Sign Up: Register for the challenge through our website by November 1st. 

    Cost is $10 per class (This helps pay for the judges, prizes, and apps to run the office end)

    (Late entries are accepted until 11/09 for an additional $10 LATE FEE)

• Complete Weekly Tasks: Each week, participants will be given a gratitude-focused task according to their class, such as writing about a special moment, capturing a photo of a peaceful moment with your horse, or working on bonding exercises.

• Share Your Journey: Submit photos, videos, or stories on our Fox Lane Farm Challenge Ride social media pages using the hashtag #ThankfulRideTRAGJ, or email us your updates.

• Win Prizes: Every submission earns you points towards a fun grand prize in each class category awarded at the end of the month for the most time, miles, or progress made.

Rules:

• Open to all equestrians, regardless of riding level or location.

• All entries must be submitted by November 30th to qualify for prizes.

• Participants are encouraged to focus on safety, relationship, and well-being in all activities with their horse.

Judging Criteria:

Entries will be judged on creativity, authenticity, and the overall expression of gratitude toward your horse. We encourage participants to showcase their unique bond, whether through heartfelt stories, artistic photos, or videos that capture meaningful moments. Special attention will be given to those who demonstrate growth in their relationship with their horse throughout the month. Our panel of judges will review all submissions, and winners will be announced the first week of December. Bonus points for community engagement and sharing your journey with fellow participants!Join us this November for the “Thankful for Our Horses” challenge, a month dedicated to celebrating the bond we share with our horses. This challenge is all about gratitude—whether it’s in the saddle, through groundwork, or simply spending time with your horse, we want to see how you show appreciation for your equine partner.

By participating in the November Challenge, all participants acknowledge that equine activities involve inherent risks. The Riding Academy of GJ is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur while participating in the challenge. Each participant assumes full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of their horse during all challenge activities.
