*Horse show clients are required to ride a minimum of 2 lessons per week & own or lease their show horse (full, 1/2, care lease. Day leases are acceptable for certain horse/rider combos)

SELLERS AGENT:

Commission 10% on paid sold price

Competition - $ Relative costs to actual shows, events, clinics, etc. - Paid at the time of service

COMMISSION FEES:

Commission fees reflect the significant time, expertise, and resources invested throughout every stage of the buying and selling process. Beyond direct interactions, these fees encompass the many behind-the-scenes hours dedicated to ensuring a successful, transparent, and well-matched transaction.

This may include:

Extensive research and networking to identify suitable horses or qualified buyers
Pre-screening and evaluating prospects, including reviewing veterinary records, performance history, and suitability
Communicating through calls, emails, and messages to coordinate logistics and gather essential details
Organizing, scheduling, and attending showings or trials
Assessing fair market value and negotiating on behalf of the client to achieve the best outcome
Overseeing marketing efforts, including photography, videography, and advertising placement
Managing documentation, contracts, and follow-up communication to ensure a smooth process from start to finish.

In short, commission fees encompass not just the visible parts of a sale, but the professional experience, risk management, and countless unseen hours required to achieve the best possible outcome for both horse and client.

- 45 minutes riding only (Responsible for your own pre/post warm up)
- Must be a novice level 2 or intermediate rider capable of preparing your horse correctly by yourself
